Getting Started

Technology and meaningful learning is a place where teachers can explore and share how activities that include technology as tools can engage students in the process of learning. The goal is not to teach the technology tool or have the technology tool teach our students but instead integrate technology into the lesson itself allowing students to discover course content. Students will learn about the tool that was used to complete the activity but it will not be the focus of the lesson. The main focus of any lesson included in this wiki is the integration of technology as a tool to engage students in the process of learning (Grabe & Grabe, 2007).
